Finding answers and solutions – with Data Science

Is my strategy working? Does the intervention work? How do I increase the motivation of my employees? How do I affect my environment? There are many different questions that decision-makers have to answer. With our data science expertise, we help our clients find answers to their questions and solutions to their problems. For this purpose, we collect, process, link and analyse complex data sets in order to moderate discussions or make decisions with meaningful results. Our work with data is always based on a resilient security concept.

We guide you

As experienced organisational consultants, our work does not stop after the data evaluation. We guide our clients in their change processes and develop interactive analysis tools for a data-conscious organisational culture.

Why Syspons?

A specific example

"We want to learn more from our data!" An international human resources development institute entrusted us with this task. The aim of the project was to systematise and evaluate the data of the organisation and to provide decision makers with dynamic data in control cockpits. For this purpose we developed an application which could collect, automatically evaluate and analyse the feedback of the 12,000 participants online every year. We applied our data science expertise ranging from data collection to data-based decision-making. Therefore, our application linked different data sources, enables data collection in different formats and on different end devices and generated dynamic reports with relevant control indicators. As a result, previously unused data sets could be used to improve quality and control without any additional effort within the organisation.
