A specific example
"We want to learn more from our data!" An international human resources development institute entrusted us with this task. The aim of the project was to systematise and evaluate the data of the organisation and to provide decision makers with dynamic data in control cockpits. For this purpose we developed an application which could collect, automatically evaluate and analyse the feedback of the 12,000 participants online every year. We applied our data science expertise ranging from data collection to data-based decision-making. Therefore, our application linked different data sources, enables data collection in different formats and on different end devices and generated dynamic reports with relevant control indicators. As a result, previously unused data sets could be used to improve quality and control without any additional effort within the organisation.
